The winners of Farmers Grain Company’s inaugural We Love Ag photo contest were recently selected. The contest, which received around 115 entries, encouraged people in north central Oklahoma and south central Kansas to submit photos showing what they love about agriculture in this area.

The five winning photos were submitted by Brent Ballagh, Ponca City; Kayla Hohmann, Deer Creek; KaLanne McKee, Pond Creek; Jamelyn Schultz, Pond Creek; and Kiersten Theuer, South Haven KS.

Kent Prickett, Farmers Grain Company’s General Manager said he was not surprised by the quality of the photos, but was by the number of entries. “We received several outstanding photos, but we have many talented people in this area so I was not surprised. I was a little shocked that we had so many photos submitted, which made it difficult to select just five winners. I truly appreciate everyone who shared their photos with us.”

The winning photos will hang in Farmers Grain’s new corporate office in Pond Creek.
